Same Day & Free Shipping

 

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Most orders received by 1pm EST are shipped the same business day.
  • Our standard shipping method is GROUND Delivery. We use UPS, FEDEX, SPEE-DEE, and USPS.
  • A COMPLETE  PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS is required. We DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
  • When you order multiple items you may receive separate shipments.

Transit Days

 

  • Packages are delivered within 1-3 business days to East Coast and Central states, or in 3-5 to West Coast states.
  • Packages delivered to HI or AK normally take 6-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping

 

  • We offer expedited shipping on most products. Additional charges apply.

  • Most of our products are available in Canada from ECO-Building Resource.

Bulk – Drums, Totes, & Pallets

 

  • Bulk orders can be palletized and shipped freight. 55-gallon drums and IBC totes are also available for some products.

Damaged Shipments 

 

Although damage is rare, packages may get mishandled while traveling from our factory to you. We do our best to package our materials securely, but let’s face it, sometimes things break, leak, or otherwise arrive in unacceptable condition. Do not fret! We’re on your side.

Just email our customer support team for assistance and include a photo of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and either replace the product or refund your order in full.

Lost Package

 

  • We get it, missing packages can be stressful, but we’ve got your back. Most missing packages can be tracked down quickly by filing a lost package claim with the carrier.

    Here are a few things you can try before contacting us:

    • Check with your neighbor(s) to see if your package was delivered to the wrong address.
    • Check around your house or building. Sometimes carriers will leave your package in an inconspicuous spot to prevent it from being stolen. Make sure to check the garage, back door, between the bushes, etc.
    • Contact the carrier directly and let them know that you have not received your item.

Returns 

 

  • Contact us directly for return authorization and detailed instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges and insurance (if the product is damaged during the return shipment, you will have an insurance claim against the courier.)
  • Items can be returned within 30-days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Incomplete packages or kits will not be fully credited. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
  • Include your name, return address, and order number (found on your invoice) on the package.
  • If the product is returnable, we will promptly refund the net product price, less the applicable re-stocking charge.
  • Products containing liquids should be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Delivery Refusal by Customer

If delivery is refused, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Ion-Bond Armor
  • LastiSeal Stain & Sealer
  • Radon test Kits
  • Vapor Test Kits / Digital Scales

Restocking Fees

All returns must go through quality inspection to ensure product integrity, and be packaged for resale. As such, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
