RadonSeal Standard Deep-Penetrating Concrete Sealer is a professional-grade penetrating sealer that provides permanent basement waterproofing and long-term protection for concrete against water vapor, capillary seepage, moisture, efflorescence, and radon gas. Unlike traditional clear surface coatings, RadonSeal penetrates up to 4″ into porous concrete, where it chemically reacts with Portland cement to seal pore spaces, fractures, and capillaries while hardening the surface to resist cracking, dusting, and spalling. RadonSeal forms a permanent barrier against water vapor, moisture, seepage, radon gas, and other soil gases.

Unlike surface coatings that encapsulate concrete and trap moisture, RadonSeal is a breathable sealer that penetrates deep into the substrate. It chemically reacts to seal pores, fractures, and capillaries, blocking water vapor transmission while densifying and strengthening the concrete internally. Unlike film-forming sealers, RadonSeal does not trap moisture; it allows the concrete to breathe and dry naturally.

This clear, eco-friendly waterproofing sealer is solvent-free, non-toxic, and zero-VOC, safe for use indoors on basement walls, basement floors, and foundation walls, as well as exterior concrete such as garage slabs, driveways, and patios.
